Testimonials

Marie is very knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. I always feel very comfortable and safe speaking with her. She has helped me a great deal over the years. She is also wonderful with children. I have recommended her to several friends and they were very grateful to have found her for themselves and their children.

When I first started therapy with Marie I came to her with severe depression, anxiety and panic  attacks. I was not stable. We started talk therapy and then integrated the neurofeedback.

Over a period of one month with several sessions I have seen a major improvement. My mood has changed as well as my attitude. I don’t have panic and anxiety attacks as frequently as before. I am very pleased with my treatment.

I've been seeing Marie for a few months for help with panic attacks and general anxiety. Marie is a great listener and very easy to talk to. She offers great advice and tools to prevent and control anxiety.

Marie has also taught me about the connection between the body and mind, and has single handedly convinced me to overhaul my diet and lifestyle. In the past few months I've added lots of vegetables to my diet, cut down on sugar and white carbs, and I feel better both mentally and physically (plus I’ve lost weight, an added bonus!). I haven’t had a full-blown panic attack in over two months and the few times that I started to feel anxious I simply remember what Marie told me and instantly calmed down.

I can’t say enough positive things about Marie, she has really changed my life.

I went to see Marie because I've suffered with anxiety, panic attacks and depression most of my life. I had just been discharged from an intensive program. Marie taught me some skills to help me when I"m anxious and depressed. I learned mindfulness. I also did some neurofeedback for my panic attacks. I began to change my routine and how I think about  everyday situations. I am no longer depressed and my anxiety level can be managed using the skills she taught me. My relatives have noticed  a change in me and have commented on the progress I've made- and I get on better with them too now. The different types of treatment has really helped me.
